Egypt Lookbook: Dress On Dress

October 25, 2016

The one thing I love about desert fashion is layering. No matter how much you layer or accessorize, you'll never look overdressed. My outfit that I wore on the second day is not exactly the kind of layer I am talking about but it was definitely an inspiration for the outfit.
So on the second day, we had a full day plan which included a lot of the sun of course. Click here and here to read about the trip).
So I went for a very casual yet somewhat dressed up look.

I wore this neon green tank-top dress (self invented term). It is actually like a tank top, only long which makes it a dress. So it definitely has this cool, casual, sporty vibe to it. But since I wanted to dress up a little, I wore this denim dress over it as a shrug. Now this blue ombre denim dress is an absolute favorite. I am soon going to tell you how you can wear a denim dress like this in at least five different ways. This dress also has pockets which is very useful when you are traveling. I wore an embroided sandal in black which matches my back pack (I don't have any picture here to show the back pack, you can click here and see it in the first post of the series but even there not a proper picture..sorry..☹️). I accessorized with the loudspeaker pendant again and the beaded bracelet which my best friend gifted me in seventh grade and goes with all my outfits all the time. And lastly, finished the look with the black sunnies.
